PROCESSING TIME
Since each piece is carefully handmade, please allow 5-14 business days for your order to be processed, as we experience a high volume of orders. Processing times may vary slightly depending on demand, and if there is an unexpected surge in orders, it may take longer.
We appreciate your patience and understand that you are eager to receive your order. Rest assured, we are working day and night to ship out all orders as quickly as possible.
Some packages may experience shipping delays due to external factors. If you have concerns about your package, please contact us, however as we have no control over packages once they are shipped our support may be limited.
PACKAGE LOST IN MAIL?
Teyvat Relics is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping company as soon as possible. Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been fulfilled. However, address changes are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If Applicable
- If your shipping label has already been created, a fee will be charged for a new label.
- If your items have already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. We will send you an invoice for the shipping costs before resending your package.
If you choose not to have your items resent, shipping costs will not be refunded.

While we take great care in packaging our products, we are not responsible for any discrepancies in the item's color, size, shape, or quality once it has been shipped
